  • When will I receive my order?

    Order before 12:00 PM and receive your products within 2 business days in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.

    Orders placed before 12:00 PM to other areas will be delivered in 4 business days.

    Your delivery details will be displayed on your checkout page as you shop.

  • What if I am not at home when my order arrives?

    If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you to schedule a day and time that is convenient for you.

    If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.

    If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us. Call us on 800-1111-MAX (800-1111629) within two working days of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

    Delivery is free on orders of SAR 149 and above. If your total order value is less than SAR 149, you will be charged SAR 18 for delivery.

    There will be an additional service charge of SAR 9 on all Cash on Delivery orders.

    Your order will be delivered in multiple shipments. Products under ShukranExpress will be delivered the same day or next day, and the rest of your products will be delivered according to our standard shipping timelines.

  • The ShukranExpress products show the estimated delivery date as the next day. Why are they not available for same-day delivery?

    Our courier partners need some time to deliver orders and they prioritize orders placed earlier in the day. If you order products late in the day (for example, evening), you may not be eligible for same-day delivery. If you wish to receive the products on the same day, we suggest ordering products at the beginning of the day.
