  • How do I redeem my Max Gift Voucher?

    You can use your Max Gift Voucher to pay fully or partly for any Max product at any Max store. Redeeming the Gift Voucher is simple – just present it at the time of billing. If the value of your purchase is greater than the value of the Gift Voucher, you can pay the balance using another payment method such as Debit or Credit card, or cash. Your Max Gift Voucher can be used for one transaction only, so any remaining balance cannot be used at another time.

    No, sorry. Gift Vouchers are for one-time use and aren’t reusable. If the total value of a Gift Voucher isn’t used in a single transaction, the remaining value becomes null and can’t be used for a subsequent transaction.

    At the moment, no, you can’t top up your Gift Voucher. You can, however, buy a new Gift Voucher instead.

  • How can I exchange or get a refund on a purchased product?
    1. You can either return a product for a credit note or exchange a product for an item of the same value, within 14 days of purchase.  Please make sure your returns are in their original condition and packaging, and do include the original payment receipt.
    2. If a product is defective, we will first try to repair it; if it cannot be repaired, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. However, if it cannot be exchanged for some reason, we will refund its total value.
    3. For hygienic reasons, no exchanges will be offered on lingerie, underwear and accessories.
