  • How do I create an account?

    You can set up your MaxFashion.com account in two easy ways - either from our Sign Up page or with your Facebook profile.

    To set up your account using our Sign Up page, simply follow these steps:

     

    1. Click 'Sign In' at the top of the page.
    2. Click 'Sign Up' from the drop-down box.
    3. Enter your name and email address.
    4. Create a password and confirm it.
    5. Select your gender.
    6. Click 'Create Account Now'.

    To set up your account with your Facebook profile, follow these steps:

    1. Click 'Sign In' at the top of the page.
    2. Click 'Sign In with Facebook'.
    3. Click 'OK' on the permissions dialog box that appears on your Facebook page.
    4. MaxFashion.com will use your Facebook details to create your MaxFashion.com account.

     

    You’re good to go. Happy shopping!

    Please note, once you create your account with us, you'll be able to shop all participating Landmark brands online, from one account.

  • Can I change my email address?

    We’re sorry, you will not be able to change the email address you’ve used to create your existing account. If you’d like to use a different email address, you’ll have to sign up and create a new account.

    Don’t forget, to transfer your Shukrans to your new account, you must first unlink your Shukran account from your existing MaxFashion.com account. You can do this by calling our Customer Service team on 800-1111-MAX (800-1111629). Once you’ve created your new MaxFashion.com account, you’ll be able to link it with your Shukran account from your My Account page.

  • How do I change my password?

    To change your password, follow these easy steps:

    1. Sign in to your MaxFashion.com account.
    2. Go to the My Account section.
    3. Go to your Profile page.
    4. Click on Change Password.
    5. Enter your current and new password (something secure that's easy to remember), and confirm it.
    6. Hit the 'Save Changes' button.

  • How do I change my payment details?

    To add, delete or change your Credit or Debit Card details, follow these easy steps:

    1. Sign in to your MaxFashion.com account.
    2. Go to the My Account section.
    3. Click on the Payment link.
    4. Add or delete Credit or Debit Cards as needed, and select your default payment card.

  • How do I change my billing address?

    To change your billing address:

    1. Sign in to your MaxFashion.com account.
    2. Go to the My Account section.
    3. Click on the Address Book tab on the left of the page.
    4. Click on the 'Add a New Address' link at the top of the page.
    5. Make your changes and save your new billing address.

  • Is my account and payment information secure?

    Your account, Credit Card and Debit Card information are secured by best-in-class 256-bit SSL encryption.

    SSL-secured communication channels are specially designed to protect all personal and sensitive information sent over the Internet. For security reasons, we only store and display the last four digits of your Credit Card or Debit Card number and card expiry date when placing an order.

  • How can I delete my account?

    You can delete your account only if you have no pending orders with us or any Landmark E-commerce brand. The process of account deletion depends on your sign-in method:

    If you sign in with your email:
    1. Go to your profile and select Delete My Account
    2. Enter your password and click on the Delete My Account button
    That’s it! Your account will be automatically deleted in 7 days.

    If you sign in with Facebook:
    1. Go to your profile and select Delete My Account
    2. Our customer service team will reach out to you to for more details before intiating account deletion

    If you sign in with Apple ID:
    1. Go to your profile and select Delete My Account
    2. Our customer service team will reach out to you to for more details before initiating account deletion

  • What if I have pending orders?

    Your request to delete your account will not be accepted if there are orders to be delivered or returns awaiting pick up. You can only delete the account once these pending orders and returns are cleared.

  • What happens to my Shukrans and my credits?

    You will not be able to delete your account if you have pending Shukrans or credits. You will have to use up your Shukrans or credits before you submit a request to delete your account.

  • Is deleting my account the same as deleting my app?

    No, if you remove or delete your app from your screen, your account does not automatically get deleted. You will still be able to download the app again and sign in using your existing credentials.

    To delete your account permanently, you will have to select Delete My Account in your profile under My Account and follow the steps detailed.

  • Can I delete my Max account and keep my Centrepoint, Splash, Home Centre or Babyshop account?

    No, your account is common to all Landmark E-commerce sites and apps. If you want to continue shopping other Landmark brands online, do not delete your account. Simply remove the app you do not want from your device and continue to use the rest.

  • How do I download my store purchase invoice?

    If you're registered online, download it from the Purchases tab under My Account.
